LARGE FUNCTIONS

Main Clubrooms

The main clubrooms can easily cater for over 300 people. There is a main bar area serving a range of drinks and also a restaurant area.  Large projector screens available for use with laptops etc.

Catering: The club can  provide catering - people hiring the club are welcome to bring in their own food or their own caterers.  All function holders must supply substantial food if the bar/s is open for guests.

Costs

$2750 - $1500  hire depending on number of people attending

Security if required - cost of security is over and above the costs mentioned above.

Deposits - 50% on hire charge at time of booking.

Bond - A $150 bond is payable on all bookings and will be refunded on the condition that no damage is caused and that no expense is incurred by the Belfast Sports and Community Centre Inc.

All the above charges include bar staff and cleaning.

Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the facility - all alcohol consumed on these premises must be purchased at the bars.

Please note that Special Licence applications take 20 working days to process.
